Here’s a fun double event, and you’re not fighting the traffic on LA Freeways. May 17th at the ALL BRITISH CARS & COFFEE at the Golden Cove Shopping Center in Palos Verdes. This is a gathering of a great bunch folks with love of their British cars. MG’s, Triumphs, Austin Healey’s, Land Rovers, Jaguars, Bentley’s, Lotus, Humber, Mini Cooper, Panther, and a sprinkling of exotics are regular attendees.
You will see old friends and relive those early days of British Sports Cars, then we will take off at 10:00 A.M. to tour a driving route showcasing the collection of MID-CENTURY MODERN and SPANISH REVIVAL HOMES highlighting views that the Palos Verdes Peninsula is famous for. We will end at the BATTLESHIP IOWA for a lite lunch and the opportunity to tour the most decorated US NAVY Battleship.
Directions: Take the I-110 Freeway South, toward San Pedro, off at Pacific Coast Highway West, travel through Lomita to HAWTHORNE Blvd., left onto HAWTHORN Blvd. south to Palos Verdes Drive South, Golden Cove Shopping Center is on your left. Golden Cove is at the end of HAWTHORNE BLVD. and PALOS VERDES DRIVE SOUTH
