Subject: A few corrections - Announcing our new JOCLA VP of Events

The JOCLA 2026 event planning is just getting started.  Our newly appointed Vice President of Events, Nick Berger, is raring to go with innovative, fresh activities that will include your Cats, friends and family to celebrate all things Jaguar.
 
Many thanks goes to Ralph Gidwitz, our long time Vice President of Events who was forced out of our area due to the 2025 fires.
 
Our fearless President, Mark Mayuga, has been swamped with his duties as President of our national club, JCNA, and professional obligations.  He is relieved to finally have some help!
 
About Nick Berger, Our New Vice President

Nick bought his first brand new Jaguar E-Type in  1968 and joined the JOCLA shortly thereafter.
 
He is the original owner of his E-Type. Besides the E Type the Bergers have a 1953 MGTD, which he and his wife Shauna are thinking about selling, a 2024 Ford Raptor, 2024, Corvette C8 3 LT Z51, and a 2021 Harley.
 
Before he retired, Nick was a contract negotiator at LA Air Force Base for the Space Shuttle Launches.
 
Nick's preliminary goals as VP of Events is to have more spouses show up by having  a variety of events.
